About This Role
- Lead end-to-end project delivery in insurance claims domain ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, quality standards, and scope.
- Coordinate multiple stakeholders including clients, business analysts, developers, QA, and architects to ensure smooth execution.
- Drive Agile SDLC processes including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, risk management, and project governance.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven project management experience in insurance, claims processing, or insurance technology domain.
- Familiarity with .NET Framework and Microsoft technology stack (C#, ASP.NET, Web APIs).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum SDLC and project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or MS Project.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong domain expertise in insurance operations and claims lifecycle including adjudication and settlement workflows.
- Experienced in translating business requirements into executable plans and managing risk, scope, and resources effectively.
- Demonstrates leadership in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing client expectations for timely, quality delivery.
