About This Role
- Manage end-to-end product and documentation flow for physical trades in assigned region, including import/export customs processes.
- Maintain accurate data in TMS and coordinate with teams on financial, credit, and compliance aspects of trades.
- Oversee relationships with service providers and track container movements to ensure timely freight bookings and shipment execution.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Supply Chain, or related business field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Work Experience Required: 4+ years in logistics or physical commodity movement (preferred).
- Availability for 1 p.m. to 10 p.m. shift; Location: Goregaon-West, Mumbai.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong operational focus on managing physical trade logistics and customs compliance.
- Experience working with TMS systems and knowledge of Incoterms and import/export documentation.
- Capable of coordinating cross-functional teams and external service providers to optimize trade execution.
