About This Role
- Own end-to-end financial planning and analysis for the Retail business including budgeting, forecasting, and corporate planning covering P&L and KPIs.
- Coordinate consolidation and reconciliation of financial data across divisions and support executive reporting including board papers and management accounts.
- Perform financial scenario modeling, sensitivity analysis, and support investor relations and senior leadership with ad hoc analysis and financial reviews.
Minimum Requirements
- 8 to 15 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) or Commercial Finance, preferably in retail.
- Qualifications: Chartered Accountant (CA) or Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance, Accounting or Business.
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with planning/reporting tools like OneStream, Anaplan, Tableau or Power BI preferred.
- Work schedule may include rotational shifts.

- Experience managing medium-small teams or work efforts, with decision impact extending beyond own team.
