About This Role
- Lead IT infrastructure and end-user/endpoint support operations, defining and enforcing core IT SOPs and standards including onboarding/offboarding, access management, change management, and incident escalation.
- Manage ITSM processes: handle ticket queues, maintain SLAs, track KPIs, and report to leadership while personally resolving escalations and supporting endpoints across Windows, macOS, and Linux.
- Partner with CISO on access governance and endpoint security; own asset and access inventory, vendor management, and audit compliance activities for ISO 27001, SOC 2, and client audits.
Minimum Requirements
- 6-9 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, and endpoint support, preferably in MNC, GCC, or large IT services environment.
- Experience building/enforcing ITSM processes using ticketing tools like Jira Service Management, Freshservice, or ServiceNow.
- Strong technical skills with Windows, macOS, Linux desktop and laptop support; Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365 administration; and MDM platforms (e.g. Jamf, Scalefusion, JumpCloud, Intune).
- On-site role in Bengaluru, India (full-time).

- Experienced senior individual contributor capable of setting IT practices and standards without formal people management authority and influencing a team to adopt them.
- Practitioner comfortable balancing hands-on endpoint support with process ownership and escalation management, with strong documentation and communication skills.
- Familiarity with regulated industries and audit requirements (ISO 27001, SOC 2) and ability to work closely with security leadership on compliance and governance.
