About This Role
- Lead large-scale commerce process transformation programs focusing on AI-enabled innovation, future-state commerce process and operating model design, and measurable business outcomes across shopper lifecycle.
- Define and govern commerce transformation methodology, benchmark current operations, and prioritize transformation opportunities to enhance growth, customer value, and efficiency.
- Manage portfolio of engagements including coaching managers, executing executive workshops, shaping transformation roadmaps, and ensuring delivery quality and adoption.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-12 years of relevant experience in process excellence, commerce transformation, functional or management consulting with leadership experience.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA/PGDM preferred.
- Strong commerce domain expertise and understanding of AI, automation, and agentic commerce operating models.
- Location flexibility among Gurugram, Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai.

- Senior commerce transformation advisor with proven ability to lead complex, multi-workstream transformation programs involving C-suite and senior stakeholders.
- Deep expertise in commerce operating models integrating AI, data, platforms, and governance to deliver scalable, measurable business impact.
