About This Role
- Drive design and deployment of GenAI, RAG, Agentic AI, and AI/ML solutions specifically for healthcare and life sciences clients.
- Manage client communications independently and deliver data-driven strategic advice to enhance business outcomes.
- Support and lead consulting projects involving data engineering, data science, and business intelligence tools, while implementing business process optimization.
Minimum Requirements
- 4-8 years of relevant experience including in life sciences/pharma/healthcare analytics projects.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or other quantitative field.
- Strong technical skills: Python, SQL, Spark, AI/ML algorithms, with experience in GenAI and Agentic AI solutions.
- Experience with Pharma datasets (e.g., Komodo, RAVE, IQVIA, Truven, Optum) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for deploying language models.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in healthcare/life sciences analytics with a strong domain knowledge of pharma datasets and real-world evidence data.
- Ability to operate both as a team lead and an individual contributor managing end-to-end project delivery and client relationships.
- Skilled in integrating advanced AI technologies with business consulting, focusing on strategy and transformational change aligned with client goals.
