About This Role
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable, reliable software solutions meeting product needs and quality attributes.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, data engineers, and business stakeholders to define requirements and deliver high-quality software outcomes.
- Lead technical and architecture reviews, improve development workflows, and mentor less experienced engineers on best practices and engineering standards.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of experience in software engineering, systems engineering, software architecture, or related field.
- Certification in cloud platforms, software architecture, or equivalent preferred but not mandatory.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 4 years relevant experience.

- Experienced software engineer with strong skills in software architecture and engineering best practices, capable of leading design and code reviews.
- Comfortable working collaboratively with cross-functional teams including product management and data engineering to deliver software solutions.
- Able to improve engineering standards, workflows, and mentor junior team members for quality and delivery velocity improvements.
