About This Role
- Lead program management for software development across APSS Linux Android, CPU, and Multimedia technologies supporting Snapdragon platforms in Mobile, Compute, XR/VR, and Gaming segments.
- Manage planning, requirements scoping, risk mitigation, and schedule optimization across multiple cross-technology teams and customer interfaces.
- Establish and drive program health indicators, execution discipline, communication processes, and coordination across development sites for on-time, quality software delivery.
Minimum Requirements
- 15-18 years experience combining software product development and program management in semiconductor/wireless industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field required; Master's or higher preferred.
- Strong domain knowledge in Wireless/Semiconductors mandatory.
- Experience managing software product lifecycle and 3rd party OS software program management/development required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in end-to-end product integration and managing cross-functional technology dependencies in semiconductor software programs.
- Skilled in program risk management, resource allocation, and driving disciplined execution in complex, multi-site development environments.
- Technically proficient with embedded Linux, Android, and HLOS software stacks relevant to Snapdragon platforms and related multimedia technologies.
