About This Role
- Lead end-to-end client engagements from planning through successful project go-live, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.
- Serve as primary contact for European and US clients, managing expectations and stakeholder communications including senior leadership.
- Oversee technical implementation of complex AI and digital transformation projects, coordinating with Product and Technical teams to resolve challenges and mitigate risks.
Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years of Project Management experience with at least 2 years client-facing experience for European and US clients.
- Degree from Tier 1 or Tier 2 Engineering college and/or Tier 1 MBA college required.
- Proven experience leading AI or digital projects focusing on system integrations and managing enterprise and mid-level clients.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to engage senior stakeholders (C-suite, VPs, Directors).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing complex B2B SaaS and AI-related projects for enterprise clients in European and US markets.
- Skilled in strategic project leadership with a strong focus on risk mitigation and stakeholder management.
- Capable of coordinating cross-functional teams and working closely with technical and product teams to deliver integrated AI/digital solutions.
