About This Role
- Own end-to-end project management: planning, execution, risk, resource, quality, and change management for IT projects.
- Manage stakeholder communications including senior management and ensure timely project delivery within scope and budget.
- Lead project closure activities ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards and project is completed efficiently.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technology-related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of Project Management experience.
- Experience managing Finance system projects.
- Hybrid work in Noida office with at least 3 days per week onsite requirement.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate teams to meet project goals under deadlines.
- Proficient in advanced MS Project, PowerPoint, and Excel for effective project management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage varied stakeholders including business users and senior management.
