About This Role
- Define and drive UX strategy, user research, interaction design, documentation, and usability testing for digital applications across multiple platforms.
- Lead creative vision and project milestones, collaborating with business stakeholders and project teams to design and validate user interfaces.
- Design and deliver creative solutions with accountability over the end-to-end design process for enterprise-level applications.
Minimum Requirements
- 6 to 9 years of professional experience in interaction and user experience design.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Design.
- Strong design portfolio demonstrating enterprise applications, intranets, and websites for desktop, mobile, and tablet.
- Hands-on experience with wireframing tools (PowerPoint, Visio) and understanding of user centered design methodologies.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading UX projects with the ability to plan milestones and manage design delivery.
- Skilled in user research, information architecture, heuristic evaluation, and creating task flows for complex projects.
- Familiarity with design and technical tools (Photoshop, Axure RP, Agile methodologies, HTML/CSS/JS) and up-to-date with UX trends and best practices.
