About This Role
- Design, build, and test advanced machine learning models addressing complex business challenges.
- Research and implement state-of-the-art modeling techniques including zero-shot/few-shot learning and embedding methods.
- Develop reusable tools for modeling pipelines and manage project stakeholder communications and progress updates.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Machine Learning with deep expertise in Python production code writing and review.
- Proficiency with LLM tooling and frameworks like LangChain and LlamaIndex.
- Experience designing scalable end-to-end ML/NLP systems and working with distributed, high throughput, low latency architectures.
- Hands-on experience with containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker), FastAPI/Uvicorn frameworks, and CI tools such as Jenkins.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in implementing NLP techniques including text pre-processing, entity extraction, encoder-decoder architectures, and similarity matching.
- Capable of defining system architectures and evaluating technical feasibility with trade-offs.
- Background or experience in SoTA NLP modeling techniques (transformers like BERT, GPT) and familiarity with full-stack application development is advantageous; experience in P&C insurance domain is a plus.
