About This Role
- Lead architecture, design, and deployment of AI/ML and NLP algorithms and Python-based applications supporting Research & Consulting Delivery strategy.
- Develop and provision scalable data science packages, APIs, and generative AI solutions; ensure technical alignment with strategic objectives and business adoption.
- Mentor junior team members and evangelize adoption of disruptive AI/ML technologies and models such as LLMs and LangChain-based solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- 7-9 years experience in algorithms, statistics, data mining, machine learning, deep learning, and NLP.
- Graduate or postgraduate degree in Engineering or Data Science required.
- Hands-on experience with machine learning models including NLP, BERT, Transformers, Deep Learning, and usage of LLMs like OpenAI, Cohere, Anthropic, Llama.
- Experience building Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions using LangChain, LangGraph, Langfuse, RAG, and prompt engineering.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced with fast-paced Agile-SCRUM environments and able to manage end-to-end AI/ML solution delivery effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to translate quantitative analytics into actionable business outcomes and collaborate across technical and business stakeholders.
- Strong technical leadership skills with a track record of mentoring, innovation adoption, and ownership of scalable AI-driven products and services.
