About This Role
- Serve as liaison between business process owners and IT solution stakeholders to advocate and manage solution lifecycle from design to retirement.
- Analyze and translate business processes into automation opportunities, focusing on RPA, AI, and ERP-based cross-functional IT systems.
- Lead vendor management and oversee third-party delivery, ensuring solutions meet evolving business and technical needs.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 8 years IT experience as Business Analyst, Solution Architect, or equivalent, with cross-functional IT systems exposure.
- At least 4-5 years as Business Analyst in domains like IT Operations, Project Management or Services.
- 3-4 years leading automation projects using tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, Power Automate, or equivalent.
- Experience with Business Applications or ERP solutions required; relocation assistance provided.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing complex "Systems of Systems" IT environments and able to evaluate both technical and business process gaps.
- Proficient in automation technologies including RPA, AI, chatbot automation with strategic orientation towards process improvement.
- Able to operate effectively in remote and global teams, with vendor and stakeholder management capabilities and prior exposure to tool evaluation.
