About This Role
- Coordinate and track progress across multiple delivery packages and discipline teams for a UK rail infrastructure programme.
- Identify, communicate project risks, dependencies, blockers, and support preparation of progress reports and KPI dashboards.
- Support project meetings, action tracking, and ensure accuracy in timesheet and resource management data.
Minimum Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business or related discipline.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in project coordination, project controls, reporting, or PMO support.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Power BI, KPI dashboards, digital automation, and AI-driven solutions.
- Experience in rail or transport projects.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in coordinating complex infrastructure or rail/transport projects involving multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong analytical skills to identify trends, risks, and dependencies in project delivery.
- Comfortable preparing client-facing reports and using digital tools for automation and data visualization.
