About This Role
- Serve as liaison between business process owners and IT stakeholders to advocate and manage solution lifecycle including design, development, upgrades, and retirement.
- Analyze and document business processes (As-Is and To-Be) to identify automation opportunities and define IT requirements for solutions involving RPA, AI, ERP, and business applications.
- Drive solution delivery coordination across project teams, vendors, and stakeholders, managing technical architecture and ensuring alignment with broader IT ecosystem and business objectives.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 8 years IT industry experience including roles such as Business Analyst or Solution Architect.
- At least 4-5 years experience as Business Analyst in domains like ITO, Project Management, or Services.
- Minimum 3-4 years leading automation initiatives with tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, Power Automate, or similar.
- Experience with cross-functional IT systems, particularly Business Applications and ERP solutions.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing complex, cross-system automation solutions and business process reengineering.
- Strong technical proficiency in ERP modules, RPA tools, AI or GenAI technologies, and business analytics.
- Capable of working with global, remote teams and driving end-to-end product lifecycle with a strategic mindset on solution integration and process improvement.
