About This Role
- Develop and validate industrial software tools to support testing from early prototypes to high-volume production phases in automotive electronics manufacturing.
- Lead test strategy planning and execution, focusing on continuous development and improvement of production test systems for automotive camera products.
- Collaborate closely with R&D and production teams internationally to standardize and optimize production test tools and provide documented training during project handover.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in electronics manufacturing environment, ideally automotive electronics.
- Proficiency in NI LabVIEW development (2-3 years) with at least CLD certification; experience with NI TestStand development (2-3 years) and CTD certification is advantageous.
- Experience in C/C++ for industrial tool development (2-3 years) and exposure to automotive camera manufacturing processes including lens alignment and EOL tests.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in integrating AI/ML technologies and developing intelligent automation tools in industrial test environments, including proficiency with Python, PyTorch, and LLMs (including prompt engineering, RAG, vector databases).
- Skilled in software development lifecycle management including version control (GitHub, SVN), test management tools (Core-ALM, Codebeamer), and report management (JFrog, Nexus).
- Capable of leading cross-functional collaborations to deploy AI-enhanced testing solutions and drive production cycle time improvements in a regulated, high-volume manufacturing context.
