About This Role
- Support global People Operations processes across multiple countries as part of a global team.
- Manage employee queries and case management systems, serving as first point of contact.
- Drive operational excellence by maintaining SOPs, meeting SLAs, and proposing process improvements leveraging tools and AI.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant HR Operations experience in an international organization.
- Experience implementing process improvements in People Operations that enhance employee experience.
- Workday and case management system experience strongly preferred but not mandatory.
- Data and analytics experience is a strong plus.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in cross-functional collaboration with HR Centers of Excellence, Business Partners, and Senior Specialists.
- Analytical with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail to identify trends and improve processes.
- Comfortable driving operational excellence and employee-centric service delivery globally.
