About This Role
- Work within an embedded pod directly inside client environments, delivering production-quality software on live production systems rather than maintenance tasks.
- Develop a variety of solutions within a single quarter, including product integrations, data pipelines, and AI agents for business workflows, continuously adapting to changing problem domains.
- Operate independently and collaboratively with client stakeholders to deliver fast, clean, production-ready code without waiting for fully specified requirements.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands-on Python experience including production deployment; FastAPI experience is a strong plus.
- Working knowledge of JavaScript and React.js sufficient to build and ship UI features independently.
- Experience with relational, document, or graph databases and familiarity with vector databases used in AI and RAG workflows.
- Demonstrated use of AI-assisted coding tools integrated into daily development workflow; proficiency with Git/version control and REST API design and consumption.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in fast-paced, iterative development environments with shifting priorities and comfortable adapting to changing problem domains.
- Capable of quickly learning new technology stacks and tools with minimal supervision, including modern AI development tools and methodologies.
- Effective in direct technical communication with client stakeholders, able to contribute immediately as an independent engineer embedded within client teams.
