About This Role
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered Copilot solutions using Microsoft 365 applications and Power Platform, focusing on generative AI and large language models.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify use cases, translate requirements into technical specifications, and build automation workflows to streamline processes.
- Ensure AI solutions meet enterprise security, governance, and compliance standards while providing technical guidance and user training to support adoption.
Minimum Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in software development with a focus on Microsoft AI, Power BI, Power Platform, and Copilot Studio.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Statistics, or related field.
- Strong understanding of generative AI concepts, large language models, prompt engineering, and proficiency in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure AI services, REST APIs, Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Power BI, Teams, SharePoint), and Power Platform components.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience integrating AI strategy with business processes and data infrastructure to create scalable AI solutions.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in consulting or client-facing roles, translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong background in machine learning, NLP, computer vision, AI lifecycle management, and knowledge of Gen AI user preferences and large language models.
