About This Role
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered Copilot solutions within Microsoft 365 applications and other business platforms to streamline workflows and automate tasks.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and build scalable AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power BI, Power Automate, and REST APIs.
- Ensure AI solutions adhere to enterprise security, governance, and compliance standards while providing technical guidance and documentation for adoption.
Minimum Requirements
- 2-3 years of software development experience focusing on Microsoft AI, Power BI, Power Platform, and Copilot Studio.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Statistics, or related field.
- Proficiency in programming or scripting languages such as Python or JavaScript/TypeScript, and experience with Microsoft Azure AI services.
- Work Experience Required: 2-3 years in relevant AI and Microsoft Power Platform development roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong understanding of generative AI, large language models (LLMs), and prompt engineering to develop tailored AI strategy frameworks.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and communicating complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 ecosystem, cloud services (Azure preferred), and AI/Analytics lifecycle from problem definition through deployment and monitoring.
