About This Role
- Lead and manage quality engineering delivery including functional, integration, end-to-end, performance, and resilience testing for complex distributed cloud-native and AI-enabled systems.
- Own end-to-end quality strategy across multiple concurrent workstreams from requirements to production quality signals.
- Drive AI-native automation and agentic testing by implementing GenAI-assisted test authoring, LLM-based test case generation, synthetic test data, visual regression, and self-healing UI automation.
Minimum Requirements
- 13 to 18 years of relevant work experience.
- Any Graduation degree.
- Deep hands-on experience in functional, integration, end-to-end, and non-functional testing for multi-system distributed cloud-native applications.
- Practical experience applying GenAI to testing including LLM-driven test case generation, self-healing scripts, synthetic test data, visual and AI-based regression, and defect clustering; comfortable with prompt engineering as a testing skill.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader able to architect test strategies, coach senior engineers, and present to client leadership teams.
- Strong practical knowledge of agentic AI and applying AI-native testing approaches such as autonomous agent orchestration with human-in-the-loop validations.
- Expertise in modern test automation frameworks (e.g., Playwright, Cypress, Selenium) and integrating testing within CI/CD pipelines focusing on continuous shift-left and shift-right testing.
