About This Role
- Contribute to Agile/Scrum teams by scoping, estimating, planning, and coordinating testing activities.
- Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts and maintain test automation frameworks.
- Identify, document, and track bugs while actively participating in sprint and project meetings to communicate testing status and risks.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of software testing experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Proven experience with Selenium and C# Web Driver for automated test scripting.
- Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks, SQL scripting, and both white box and black box testing.
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in hands-on development and maintenance of low-maintenance, reusable test automation solutions.
- Comfortable working collaboratively within Agile/Scrum teams and contributing to sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Capable of writing comprehensive test plans and executing both manual and automated tests with a focus on quality and process improvements.
