About This Role
- Define and implement data quality rules and monitor data health metrics using data observability tools to ensure high-performing AI agents.
- Establish and enforce data governance policies and compliance with regulations (GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA) specific to autonomous AI agent data usage.
- Serve as primary liaison among AI/ML Engineers, Data Scientists, Legal/Compliance, and Business stakeholders on data-related aspects of Agentic AI solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-10 years of total work experience.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Strong SQL and working knowledge of Python for data processing.
- Experience with data governance strategies, data quality frameworks, and compliance regulations relevant to autonomous AI systems.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in end-to-end data lineage, observability, and data governance tailored to AI/ML agent systems.
- Comfortable working across multidisciplinary teams interfacing between technical, legal, and business functions.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex data compliance and audit requirements for AI-driven environments.
