About This Role
- Lead and manage software development and engineering teams focused on Alternatives Investments and Insurance & Annuities within Schwab Technology Services.
- Oversee large cross-domain projects, including design and implementation of secure, reliable software processes and data pipelines.
- Ensure alignment of technology solutions with Asset and Investment Management business needs, including core Schwab systems and Retail Alternative Investments channels.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years experience working with scrum teams on large projects involving development and testing.
- 10+ years experience with Alternative Investments, including Retail Alternative Investments and systems like iCapital and AI Center.
- 3+ years experience working with Insurance and Annuities, including knowledge of Hexure/Firelight and AnnuityNet.
- 7+ years experience in project management managing large cross-domain projects; 8+ years experience with C#, .NET, Angular, and SQL.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader with 6+ years leading development teams in financial services technology, especially asset management and insurance domains.
- Strategic thinker capable of driving complex technical initiatives that align with business goals and compliance requirements.
- Strong expertise in Schwab Core CS&Co systems and ability to manage integration across multiple platforms and technologies.
