About This Role
- Apply advanced AI/ML methods to solve challenging engineering and industrial problems.
- Research, prototype, and convert AI models and tools into production-grade, agent-accessible software components.
- Design and execute evaluation and benchmarking frameworks; collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver validated AI/ML capabilities.
Minimum Requirements
- Master’s degree or PhD in a relevant technical field.
- 5-8 years of professional experience applying AI/ML to engineering, manufacturing, industrial, or similar sectors.
- Experience with agentic AI systems and converting models/tools into agent-accessible artifacts.
- Proficient with GCP or comparable cloud platforms, GitHub workflows, CI/CD, and automated testing.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Technically strong researcher and software engineer capable of transitioning from research to production implementations.
- Experienced in delivering reusable, production-ready AI components with measurable impact in engineering domains.
- Comfortable working within multi-disciplinary teams involving data engineering, software development, and cloud architecture.
