About This Role
- Lead strategic sales initiatives targeting Indian Revenue Services departments including Income Tax, GST, Customs, and Enforcement Directorates.
- Build and maintain long-term partnerships with senior officials in Ministry of Finance and allied government bodies to position company data analytics, AI, and decision intelligence solutions.
- Manage full sales cycle from lead generation through contract closure including participation in RFPs and collaboration with product teams to customize offerings.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Business, or related field; MBA/Public Policy is a plus.
- 15+ years experience in enterprise software sales or government advisory roles, preferably in taxation, finance, or analytics sectors.
- Prior experience dealing with high-value government clients and departments, with understanding of public sector procurement processes.
- Work Experience Required: 15+ years. Location: Karnataka, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven track record in consultative selling within the government tax and finance sector, especially IRS-related departments.
- Experience navigating government procurement and e-tendering with strong stakeholder engagement at senior government levels.
- Established network within central and state financial authorities and related consulting/IT system integrators focused on public sector digital transformation.
