About This Role
- Lead design and implementation of enterprise Generative AI solutions including AI copilots, intelligent assistants, and document intelligence platforms.
- Define AI architecture standards, evaluate emerging AI technologies, establish governance practices, and mentor technical teams to drive AI adoption.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify AI use cases and support digital transformation through AI-driven innovations.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, IT, Data Science, or related discipline.
- 5 to 8 years overall software development or AI experience.
- Minimum 2-3 years hands-on experience designing and implementing Generative AI solutions.
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with LLM platforms (e.g. OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Gemini) and AI orchestration frameworks (e.g. LangChain).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in designing scalable Generative AI and Agentic AI architectures within enterprise environments.
- Able to lead technical teams, mentor, and conduct architecture reviews for AI solutions.
- Skilled in integrating AI solutions with enterprise applications and familiar with AI governance and best practices.
