About This Role
- Manage and improve production-grade Kubernetes clusters including lifecycle, capacity, and multi-tenant platform design within a client environment.
- Tune and operate complex data infrastructure components such as ClickHouse for high-cardinality observability and Milvus vector databases for retrieval or agent workloads.
- Deliver measurable platform outcomes impacting developer velocity, cost control, and system uptime in a fast-paced, changing technical domain.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in platform or DevOps engineering roles.
- Proven expertise managing Kubernetes in production including cluster lifecycle, Helm charts, capacity planning, and multi-tenant design.
- Hands-on experience with GitOps workflows (ArgoCD, Flux, or similar) for infrastructure and application delivery.
- Practical knowledge of ClickHouse or similar columnar stores, vector databases (Milvus or similar), and telemetry pipeline design (logs, traces, metrics).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Comfortable working independently in ambiguous, fast-changing environments with multiple infrastructure domains.
- Experience operating embedded within client environments, capable of direct technical communication with client stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to adopt and apply AI tools to enhance infrastructure design, debugging, and operations.
