About This Role
- Set and communicate team priorities aligned with organizational goals, providing regular performance feedback and coaching.
- Drive feature enhancements through data analysis of user behaviors to identify and implement improvements.
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to optimize web features, front-end code, and user experience for scalable solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Math, related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years experience in full-stack software development and system design.
- 2 years experience as a tech lead or engineering manager.
- Experience with back-end languages (Java, Python, or C++), front-end languages (JavaScript or TypeScript), and database technologies (SQL, NoSQL).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience designing scalable microservice or cloud system architectures (2 years preferred).
- Familiarity with site reliability engineering, information security, or DevOps practices (2 years preferred).
- Strong ability to collaborate cross-functionally to improve customer-facing web solutions and optimize user experience.
