About This Role
- Provide Tier 3 administration and advanced technical support for Microsoft 365 environment including Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive for Business, identity and access management, security, compliance, and complex incident resolution.
- Lead IT infrastructure projects focusing on cloud adoption, migration strategies, hybrid cloud environments, automation, and cloud cost optimization.
- Administer and support SharePoint Online including site architecture, permissions, governance, security, lifecycle management, and integrate with Microsoft 365 services; mentor junior engineers and support internal/external audits.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT system engineering, cloud architecture, or related roles.
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Azure services, SharePoint Online administration, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform.
- Proficiency in automation and scripting (PowerShell, Python), networking, security protocols, and experience with cloud cost management and optimization.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading technical projects involving cloud adoption, migration, hybrid cloud, and operational excellence in large-scale environments.
- Strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365 services, SharePoint Online, and Infrastructure as Code.
- Familiarity with enterprise IT frameworks, GxP compliance, ITIL processes, and involved in multi-cloud/hybrid strategies and M&A IT integrations.
