About This Role
- Manage and set priorities for engineering teams aligned with broader organizational goals, ensuring strategic alignment and process coordination.
- Develop and evolve mid-term technical vision and roadmap covering multiple teams, adapting to future infrastructure and requirements.
- Provide technical leadership through design vetting, code review, and hands-on development to solve complex and ambiguous problems.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum 5 years of software development experience in one or more programming languages such as Python, C, C++, Java, or JavaScript.
- At least 3 years in a technical leadership role, including 2 years of people management or team leadership.
- In-person interview process; Master's or PhD preferred but not mandatory.
