About This Role
- Own and develop end-to-end publisher and internal dashboards including React frontends, Go APIs, and data models.
- Define frontend architecture and build a scalable design system with reusable components to ensure fast, accessible UI for data-heavy pages.
- Design and extend backend Go services, optimize database queries, and maintain reliability with error tracking, testing, and production debugging.
Minimum Requirements
- 3 to 6 years of professional experience in fullstack web development, with 4-5 years focused on React.
- Proficient in React and TypeScript with hands-on backend experience in Go or willingness to learn Go deeply.
- Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL) and MongoDB including schema design and query optimization.
- Strong skills in frontend technologies: HTML, CSS, responsive design, accessibility, and complex UI elements like tables and charts.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced fullstack developer comfortable working across frontend React and backend Go with direct responsibility for product features.
- Demonstrates ownership mindset, able to scope work independently, flag risks, and drive features through to adoption.
- Experienced in building complex dashboard interfaces and internal tools supporting large datasets, preferably in ad-tech or SaaS environments.
