About This Role
- Collaborate with capital sales teams to develop and offer customer finance solutions and strategic planning to expand da Vinci system placements.
- Serve as primary consultant and contact for customer-facing financial programs including leases, rentals, and customized finance offerings to drive system adoption.
- Lead customer finance training, support cross-functional projects, and provide financial coaching to commercial leadership to grow the finance business.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience in financing, structuring customer finance solutions, preferably in med-tech or similar fast-growing sectors.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent transactions; approximately 25% travel requirement.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills mandatory; proficiency in an additional European language is a strong asset.
