About This Role
- Own end-to-end requirements definition and solution design for customer-facing and internal digital portals, web applications, and platforms.
- Collaborate with product owners, UI/UX designers, developers, and data teams to translate business needs into user-friendly digital solutions and manage discovery to UAT.
- Analyze feasibility, prioritize deliverables, mitigate risks, and maintain detailed documentation to support continuous improvement and project delivery.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field is mandatory.
- 7+ years of experience including 5+ years in related business analysis and 2+ years in agile methodology.
- Experience with digital product development for portals and web-based platforms, preferably in financial or insurance domains.
- Proficiency with Azure DevOps and Microsoft Office; strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Demonstrates proficiency in translating complex business needs into intuitive digital user experiences with a solid understanding of systems development lifecycle.
