About This Role
- Lead end-to-end requirements gathering, analysis, and solution definition for complex technology and digital transformation projects.
- Develop and maintain detailed business analysis artifacts including BRDs, SRS, BPMN/UML diagrams, use cases, and support testing activities like UAT.
- Manage stakeholder communication and ensure solutions comply with business objectives, government policies, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of professional IT Business Analysis experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Business Analysis, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven expertise in requirements elicitation, documentation (BRDs, SRS, user stories), business process analysis, and solution validation.
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies and tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, and Confluence required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in working within government, public sector, or large enterprise environments dealing with compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Able to facilitate and align diverse stakeholders including business owners, IT teams, architects, and QA across project lifecycles.
- Strong background in systems integration, process modeling, and supporting solution validation with a focus on traceability and quality assurance.
