About This Role
- Own business analysis with deep expertise in Market Security Services (Accounts, SSIs, Books, Hierarchy, Pricing) to drive process improvements and system enhancements.
- Bridge stakeholders and technical teams for requirement gathering, gap analysis, and documentation of financial and security data processes.
- Lead adaptive project management activities across SDLC phases ensuring timely delivery, stakeholder alignment, and quality assurance including UAT and defect management.
Minimum Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience as Business Analyst with progressive project coordination in Investment Banking, Asset Management, or Securities Services domain.
- Strong domain knowledge of post-trade lifecycle, settlement, instrument master data, account hierarchies, book mappings, and security pricing.
- Proficiency in agile tools (JIRA, Confluence), visual modeling (Visio, Lucidchart), SQL, and Excel data analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.

- Experienced in handling complex post-trade and static data systems with end-to-end responsibility for accounts and pricing process improvements.
- Operates effectively in a hybrid BA/PM role balancing detailed analysis and agile project delivery in a regulated financial environment.
- Skilled in stakeholder management and translating business requirements into functional specifications with focus on risk mitigation and automation opportunities.
