About This Role
- Elicit, validate, analyze, and document business and operational requirements across various functional areas.
- Communicate requirements and manage tasks for offshore and onshore teams using Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (JIRA/Teamwork).
- Lead UAT activities, conduct requirements review meetings, and create detailed Business Requirement Documents including wireframes, mock-ups, and process flows.
Minimum Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience as Business Analyst in IT service-based companies only.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum including writing User Stories and Acceptance Criteria.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA or Teamwork, wireframe tools like Mock-ups, and MS Word/Drive documentation.
- Education: MBA, MCA, or BE in Computer Science/IT. Notice period preference: immediate to 30 days joiners.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing multiple concurrent projects using Agile/Scrum in IT service environments.
- Capable of independently leading requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder communication including facilitation of meetings.
- Comfortable working in cross-functional teams coordinating with technology partners and understanding basic database and third-party integrations (payment gateways, CRM, web services).
