About This Role
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of health and life insurance policies including quote generation, proposal validation, policy issuance, renewals, and endorsements.
- Maintain accuracy and compliance through documentation management, adherence to IRDAI guidelines, and supporting audits to ensure data hygiene.
- Coordinate with insurers, partners, and internal teams via limited outbound calls and reporting to ensure timely processing and SLA adherence.
Minimum Requirements
- Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or Insurance Management.
- 0-3 years of experience in insurance operations, policy servicing, or quote generation.
- Location: Chennai (Onsite) mandatory.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools, and insurer portals.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience in handling operational workflows within life and health insurance domains, including policy servicing and renewals.
- Ability to maintain detailed documentation and compliance with regulatory frameworks such as IRDAI.
- Capable of working within tight turnaround times and coordinating cross-functionally with sales, technology, and insurer teams.
