About This Role
- Lead and own IT Asset Management and Configuration Management Database (CMDB) functions, ensuring lifecycle management, compliance, and optimization of IT assets.
- Manage CMDB governance, maintain data accuracy and integrity, and implement discovery, service mapping, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Drive stakeholder management, lead Asset Management and CMDB teams, and present operational metrics and strategic recommendations to leadership.
Minimum Requirements
- 6-8 years of experience in IT Asset Management and CMDB functions.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong expertise and hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITAM, CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
- Work Experience Required: 6-8 years

- Experienced in managing asset lifecycle across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments in enterprise-scale settings.
- Demonstrated ability in defining and implementing IT Asset Management policies and CMDB governance under ITIL frameworks.
