About This Role
- Develop and execute test strategies, plans, scenarios, and scripts aligned with project requirements for Group insurance platforms, especially Group Asia Group 400.
- Perform various types of testing including functional, system, regression, smoke, and sanity on insurance applications and manage defect tracking end-to-end.
- Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to support User Acceptance Testing, communicate testing progress, and maintain comprehensive testing documentation.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in BE, BTech, MCA, M.Sc., or equivalent.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in User Acceptance Testing or Business Testing within the Group insurance domain focused on Group Asia Group 400 platform.
- Mandatory experience working in Agile Scrum environments.
- Basic SQL skills for data validation and ability to analyze end-to-end system modules and business workflows.

- Experienced tester with strong domain expertise in Group insurance, specifically with Group Asia Group 400 Policy and Claims modules.
- Proven ability to work independently with accountability and deliver high-quality testing documentation.
