About This Role
- Monitor, analyze, and interpret security logs and infrastructure events to detect anomalies and potential incidents.
- Collaborate with application security, product, GRC, and legal teams on investigation and incident management within a 24/7 Security Operations team.
- Own shift responsibilities including incident management, documentation of SOPs, playbooks, and contribute to service improvements.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 2 years hands-on experience in a 24/7 Security Operations team or equivalent academic specialization with relevant project experience.
- Proficient with SIEM, SOAR, EDR tools (including TI, VM, DLP modules) and experience with CSPM tools like SentinelOne, Falcon Horizon, Wiz, Sysdig, Prisma cloud or MS Defender.
- Must have knowledge of AWS or GCP cloud environments.
- Mandated to work in 24/7 rotational shifts including weekends.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in operational security monitoring and incident response in SaaS/cloud environments with knowledge of vulnerability management and threat intelligence.
- Comfortable owning tasks independently and managing shifts including incident calls and documentation.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST, MITRE ATT&CK, incident lifecycle, and risk assessment approaches.
