About This Role
- Own the sourcing process by collaborating with hiring managers to understand role requirements and meet hiring targets.
- Manage candidate sourcing strategies across job boards, social media, and professional networks, including writing and posting job descriptions.
- Maintain and utilize a database of qualified candidates to support ongoing recruitment needs and partner with recruiting team to refine hiring approaches.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment.
- MBA in HR or equivalent qualification.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), database management, and online search techniques relevant to talent acquisition.
- WFO requirement: 6 days per week for the 6-month contract tenure.

- Experienced in end-to-end candidate sourcing with familiarity in screening and interviewing processes.
- Skilled at building strong relationships with hiring managers to align recruitment strategies with business needs.
