About This Role
- Coordinate with State Government departments, NIC/IT teams, and internal stakeholders to drive implementation and operational activities for large-scale IT or digital transformation projects.
- Lead business requirements gathering and documentation, including BRDs, FRDs, SRS, process flows, and use cases to identify business gaps and system enhancement opportunities.
- Manage application testing (UAT, functional, regression), oversee ticket lifecycle and issue resolution, and support project rollout, training, and go-live readiness.
Minimum Requirements
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in business analysis, IT implementation, application support, or digital transformation projects.
- B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science, IT, or related field OR MBA from a recognized institution.
- Experience with requirement documentation, user acceptance testing coordination, ticket/issue management, and multi-stakeholder stakeholder engagement mandatory.
- Willingness to travel to States for implementation reviews and stakeholder coordination.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in working on government IT projects or e-governance platforms with large-scale, multi-stakeholder implementations.
- Capable of bridging communication between business users and technical teams to ensure timely issue resolution and clear requirement translation.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities, maintaining detailed documentation, and driving issues through resolution to support project success.
