About This Role
- Lead client engagements to design and build data platforms, pipelines, and transformation solutions using Snowflake and Cortex focused on data quality and governance.
- Oversee large projects involving data quality controls, validation, lineage, and governance frameworks for cloud data modernization.
- Coach and guide teams through complex data integration, performance tuning, and delivery challenges while aligning technical solutions with business needs.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum 13 years of relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in oral and written English required.
- Experience specifically with Snowflake and Cortex data governance implementation.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading cross-functional teams through complex, ambiguous data engineering and governance delivery.
- Strong background in data architecture, quality controls, and governance within modern cloud platforms, especially Snowflake.
- Skilled at communicating complex technical details into executive-level narratives and coaching technical teams on standards and issue resolution.
