About This Role
- Support delivery of finance transformation projects focused on Order to Cash (OTC) processes using finance technology solutions like HighRadius, Rimilia, Serrala, Sidetrade.
- Lead client engagements including workshops, assessments, solution design, blueprinting, proof of concepts, and presentations to management stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement in methodology, tools, and practices while supporting sales pipeline activities such as business development and proposals.
Minimum Requirements
- 4-8 years of experience in Finance and Accounts domain with focus on finance transformation across OTC components like Cash Application, Collections, Deductions, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Financial Close, General Ledger.
- Postgraduate qualification (MBA from premier B-School), or CA or CPA.
- Experience in implementing and consulting on finance technology projects related to OTC including at least 1-2 end-to-end implementations involving assessment, planning, design, configuration, testing, training and deployment.
- Willingness to travel extensively (domestic and international) for client engagements.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing finance transformation programs and delivering large, complex projects on time and budget with multi-stakeholder coordination.
- Proficient in designing to-be finance processes, shared services operating models, business case analysis, business architecture implementation, and knowledge transfer.
- Capable of leading client conversations and global distributed teams independently with strong finance technology consulting background on OTC solutions.
