About This Role
- Lead and oversee daily operations across multiple manufacturing and material-flow departments including Fabrication, Welding, Machining, Remanufacturing, Sub-Electrical, Sub-Mechanical, and Materials.
- Ensure plant meets safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets through problem-solving, production monitoring, and cross-functional coordination.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and provide direct leadership by spending significant time on shop floor and covering supervisory roles as needed.
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred in manufacturing, operations, engineering, business, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years manufacturing or industrial operations experience with progressive responsibility including supervisory or leadership experience.
- Mandatory experience in manufacturing environment with hands-on operations oversight across multiple departments.
- Work schedule flexibility for variable shifts including overtime, weekends, and holidays; physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 45 lbs.

- Experienced leader capable of hands-on management and problem-solving directly on the shop floor under operational pressure.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-department functions balancing safety, quality, delivery, and cost priorities.
- Knowledgeable in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies, with familiarity managing diverse manufacturing processes and material flow.
