About This Role
- Lead Snowflake data conversion and data modernization projects, including data pipeline design and data quality management for client engagements.
- Manage large projects involving data migration to cloud environments, coordinating architecture, engineering, and delivery teams to resolve complex data issues.
- Develop data models, validation routines, and data warehouse structures to improve data consistency and usability for reliable client reporting and analytics.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum 13 years of work experience required.
- Proficiency in English (oral and written) is mandatory.
- Experience with Snowflake data conversion and data quality remediation is required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading large-scale, ambiguous data migration and cloud modernization projects with Snowflake and associated technologies (Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Airflow).
- Skilled in communicating complex data engineering concepts to clients and managing cross-functional technical teams.
- Background in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related quantitative technical disciplines preferred.
