About This Role
- Support execution of category strategy and annual business planning focusing on surgical vision equipment.
- Drive supplier performance monitoring, savings tracking, and supplier rationalization to improve cost, quality, and delivery metrics.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, and Supply Chain to support sourcing for equipment and projects.
Minimum Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or category management, preferably in MedTech, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Pharma, or Manufacturing sectors.
- Experience with supplier negotiation, contract management, and working across global stakeholders and multiple business units.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Ariba, Oracle, Coupa, Ivalua) and advanced Excel; familiarity with automation/AI procurement tools.
- Any Graduation degree; Procurement/Sourcing certification (CIPS, CPSM) is good to have but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in sourcing within MedTech, Medical Devices, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or Industrial sectors, especially supporting Global Services or multi-BU/global operating models.
- Operates effectively across cross-functional and global teams including Legal, Finance, and Procurement.
- Comfortable with digital tools for spend analytics, contract management, and workflow automation, indicating a data-driven and process-oriented approach.
