About This Role
- Own end-to-end delivery of Finance Operating Model, GBS, Shared Services design and implementation projects for global clients.
- Lead client engagement including sales pipeline development, proposal ownership, and intelligent conversations around Operating Model transformation.
- Manage large scale project execution including process assessment, cost transformation initiatives, change management, and supervising junior team members.
Minimum Requirements
- 4 to 8 years of experience in Finance Operating Model and GBS design to implementation projects.
- MBA (Finance) or CA or CMA qualification.
- Experience in program management with track record of successful delivery of complex projects.
- Location options include Gurgaon, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in Finance Operations Transformation with deep knowledge of GBS and SSC design principles, governance, and implementation.
- Ability to lead global distributed teams and manage complex stakeholder groups.
- Comfortable working with digital finance technologies and shaping strategy for operating model adoption and transformation in large enterprises.
